Design Build Delivery
In addition to traditional design/bid/build method of delivery, we have successfully participated with architects and contractors on a wide variety of design/build projects. The design/build approach allows for:
- Integration of current construction costing, means, and methods to be incorporated into the structural design prior to the completion of the design phase.
- Coordination between the various trades during the design phase instead of during the construction phase thus minimizing construction delays and extra construction costs.
